由女星范冰冰主演的電影《我不是潘金蓮》於國際屢獲好評，卻樹大招風，引來大陸某農婦「潘金蓮」的不滿，認為該片醜化「潘金蓮」一名，直接將《我不是潘金蓮》數名演員，以及作者劉震雲等人全告上法院，要求恢復名譽。而結果已於昨（19）日出爐，原告起訴遭到法院駁回。

電影《我不是潘金蓮》敘述一位遭到丈夫欺騙的婦人，不惜奔走四方討回公道。但大陸某位與「潘金蓮」同名的農婦，因為不滿片中將潘金蓮一名醜化使其名譽受損，因此一狀告上法院求償。據悉，被告包含馮小剛、范冰冰，與原作者劉震雲本人。根據《新浪娛樂》報導，此案在昨（19）日遭到法院駁回，判決文件上表示：「本案中的原告潘金蓮僅是與上述文藝作品中的人物形象同名，與小說《我不是潘金蓮》及同名電影、預告片並無直接利害關係，不符合起訴條件。」

昨（19）日晚間，編劇宋方金也在微博發表感言，說道：「潘金蓮告《我不是潘金蓮》的鬧劇終於結束了，文藝環境越來越狹窄艱難，希望不要再發生這種挑戰創作常識的鬧劇。」
